    Apple retook smartphone lead from Samsung in Q4

    Follow this company jump back into the No. 1 spot for global smartphone sales in the fourth quarter, a new report showed on Friday.

    Customers who apparently delayed buying new iPhones in the third quarter while awaiting the 4S helped Samsung Electronics take the top spot in that period.
